About MVJMC & RH

MVJ medical college is a well established educational institute for imparting quality medical education. The college was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society. It is located in Hoskote a rural district of Bangalore, and is well connected to the city.

The college is recognized by the Medical Council of India and is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for conducting the medical undergraduate programme leading to the award of MBBS degree.

The department of Psychiatry conducted CME on 28th Dec. 2017 at College Lecture Hall 1. The topic was Psycho Oncology

CME Organized by Department of Pathology With lot of changes in the recent advances in varying fields of Pathology. This CME was aimed at updating the knowledge of both Post graduates and Consultants in topics like Prostate Pathology, Neuropathology, Quality Control in Haematology & Blood Banking and Grossing pearls. Reputed speakers from the fraternity of Pathology delivered interesting talks about the above topics.

RAJESH B.N student of MVJMC&RH has been acknowledged as the University topper in Anatomy with a score of 87.5% for the year 2015-16. He received the BHUSSAREDDY GOLD MEDAL AWARD by Hon’ble Chief minister of Karnataka Shri Siddaramaiah in the Conference of Karnataka Chapter of Anatomists held in Gadak Medical College on 23.9.17
